REDpreneurUA is the local extension of the global REDpreneur program, implemented with the Ukrainian Red Cross Society. In partnership with local business incubators, business schools, mentors and coaches, it brings the full REDpreneur training journey to Ukraine.
- Inspiration sessions - Join our hybrid sessions and gain access to online content designed to raise awareness, share ideas and encourage action.
- Training Academy - Develop your entrepreneurial skills and ideate, validate or replicate income-generating activities in our two-month online incubation program.
- Master Class – After graduating from the Training Academy, take your existing Venture to the next level through our three-month hybrid acceleration program.
- Network – Join the REDpreneur Community, an open network that connects changemakers and offers access to resources, from regular events to practical tools.
- Seed Grants – Turn your ideas into reality with early-stage financial support. Seed grants are awarded to selected participants to help launch or expand their Ventures.
- Mentorship – Receive long-term, personalized guidance from experienced professionals in your sector. Our mentors support you beyond the training phase, helping you navigate real-world challenges and scale your impact sustainably.
Livelihood Support
The REDpreneur Ukraine Livelihood Support program focuses on the empowerment of individuals with focus on Women & IDPs. To strengthen the economic resilience of vulnerable groups, REDpreneurUA offers entrepreneurial training, mentorship, and start-up grants. The program is open to Ukrainian citizens aged 18–59 in government-controlled areas, with priority for internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and veterans.
In cooperation with local business incubators and business schools, participants gain the skills to start, recover, or expand their businesses, create jobs, and develop financially sustainable models that contribute to long-term stability and create positive social impact in their communities.
From Dream to Real Business
Cohort 1
Twenty-four innovative businesses completed the REDpreneurUA training, with 17 receiving grants. The supported ideas range from kids’ educational games and horseback therapy to sustainable farming, candle-making, and upcycled fashion, boosting local economies and sparking social resilience.
Bold Ideas, Lasting Impact
Cohort 2
Graduates of REDpreneurUA are launching bold, socially-driven businesses, from mobile cafés and eco-packaging to massage therapy centers and inclusive tailoring. They’re reviving traditional crafts and spreading hope through dog therapy, upcycled fashion, and community-centered creativity across Ukraine.
Rooted Resilience, Growing Purpose
Cohort 3
Graduates of REDpreneurUA Cohort 3 are turning bold ideas into real impact, from 3D-printed toys and inclusive cafés to walnut snacks and STEM schools. Their ventures revive tradition, empower displaced communities, and spark resilience through food, education, art, and innovation across Ukraine.
Empowering Women, Rebuilding Futures
Cohort 4
The project supports women and girls through tailored aid and business training, while promoting climate-friendly practices like local sourcing and winter cash assistance. It bridges emergency relief with long-term development, especially in eastern Ukraine, and coordinates closely with national authorities to ensure efficient, aligned humanitarian efforts.
National Society Development
REDpreneurUA strengthens the Ukrainian Red Cross Society by supporting local branches to launch and grow social enterprises that respond to community needs. Initiatives such as social laundries, psychosocial support spaces, and affordable clothing stores combine humanitarian service with sustainable business models.
Through financial support, mentoring, and training, REDpreneur.UA builds the social capacity of URCS organizations, enabling them to deliver more high-quality services to vulnerable groups and integrate social entrepreneurship into humanitarian aid, ensuring lasting impact even in times of crisis.
RED HUB
RED HUB is an innovation space of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society that supports entrepreneurs committed to driving positive change. It provides a collaborative environment for learning, networking, and developing sustainable business ideas that strengthen communities and contribute to recovery.
