REDpreneurUA offers a unique training experience that will be conducted in cooperation with local business incubators and business schools, covering theoretical and practical aspects, namely:
- Inspiration sessions that will motivate participants to new achievements.
- An online academy that will provide access to modern educational materials and courses.
- Master classes where participants will be able to practically apply the knowledge gained.
- Networking, which will facilitate the establishment of important business connections and the search for partners.
The opportunity to receive grants from 5,000 to 15,000 euros, which will help beneficiaries implement business ideas aimed at supporting local communities, creating jobs and developing financially sustainable business models that can attract investment and maintain long-term stability.

Applications are now open for the 4th cohort of REDpreneurUA, a programme empowering Ukrainian entrepreneurs to launch socially, environmentally, or innovatively focused businesses. Open to Ukrainian citizens aged 18–59 living in government-controlled areas, the programme offers intensive training, mentorship, and €7,000 in funding for 10 finalists. Priority is given to IDPs and people with disabilities. Apply between 26 May and 26 June 2025 and help shape Ukraine’s future through entrepreneurship.

Twenty-four impressive business ideas have successfully completed the REDpreneurUA: Business Skills and Entrepreneurship Development training programme, with 17 of them receiving grant support. The funded businesses feature a range of creative and impactful ideas, from educational games for children 👶🎮 to therapeutic horseback riding 🐎 and artisanal cheese production 🧀. Other initiatives include organic farming 🌱, grain milling, handmade candles 🕯, and upcycled clothing ♻👗. Several businesses aim to contribute to local economies, with projects ranging from craft bakeries 🍞 to furniture production 🪑. These ventures are fostering social change and resilience in challenging times.
